I wear a day cream with an SPF 30 in it. Personally, I believe every woman should! My pick of day cream, and there are many, is the Neutrogena Energy Renewal day lotion. Oh yes, it makes my skin feel great all day! Plus, it is comfortable to wear and doesn’t irritate my skin as it is already very sensitive.

I must admit however, I never did wear day cream until my late twenties. I somehow figured, ‘why on earth do I need to wear a cream in the day time?’ Well of course, there is a lesson to learn on everything especially with the decision we make in life.
